Your Requests

Opt out of data processing: You may ask us to stop processing your personal data, including profile data used to match creators with brand partnerships.

Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correction: You may ask us to correct inaccurate personal data.

Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions under applicable law.

Opt out of sale or sharing: We do not sell personal data. You may still submit an opt-out request and we will honor it.

How to Submit a Request

Email support@onbrand.com with the subject line “Data Rights Request”. Please include your name, the email address associated with your account or profile, and the right you wish to exercise. If you are submitting a request on someone else's behalf, tell us and we may ask for proof of authorization.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
