Answers to common questions about onbrand

Visit onbrand.com and click Log In at the top right. If you can't access your account, use the password reset option or contact support@onbrand.com.

Go to your Dashboard → Edit Profile → Manage Connections. Disconnect and reconnect your desired social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). If you're still having trouble, try clearing your browser cache or contact support@onbrand.com.

Go to your Profile Settings and update your information. If a product has already shipped, contact the carrier or email support@onbrand.com.

For security reasons, email changes are not supported on the platform. To request this, please send your request to support@onbrand.com.

Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or logging out and back in. If the issue continues, include a screenshot and your device/browser info when emailing support@onbrand.com so our team can check it further.

Response times vary by brand — most brands review applications within 3–10 business days. You will receive an email notification as soon as a brand updates the status of your request. We recommend submitting applications at least 4–6 weeks before your event date.

Not being accepted simply means the brand chose not to partner for this particular event or timing. It is not a reflection of your profile quality. You can continue applying to other brands — there are hundreds of brands on onbrand looking for partnerships with hosts just like you.

A complete and detailed event profile significantly increases your chances of approval. Make sure your event description, expected attendance, and audience demographics are filled in. Brands look for events that align with their target market, so highlight what makes your experience unique.
